Workplace Diversity Policy
GMTC fully supports gender equality and diversity in the workplace. The selection and hiring of personnel are based entirely on ability and experience, without discrimination based on race, class, politics, ideology, religion, nationality, birthplace, gender, sexual orientation, age, family status, appearance, physical or mental disability, or past union membership. The Company strictly complies with local labor laws and does not employ child labor. In 2023, there were zero discrimination cases.
GMTC actively coordinates and arranges suitable jobs for the disabled from the existing job vacancies, so that the disabled can enter the job market as soon as possible and demonstrate their skills and competencies. The rate of employment in past years has exceeded the regulatory requirement (1%). In 2023, GMTC hired a total of 12 people with physical or mental disabilities, accounting for 1.2% of all employees.
