With the vision of “A Healthy Workplace for a Happy Future,” GMTC actively promotes workplace health and well-being. In 2024, the company earned the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s Healthy Workplace Certification, the Silver Award for Happy Enterprise, and the Sports Administration’s Sports Promoter Award.Health promotion efforts include annual health checkups, three themed health seminars, a weight-loss competition, and the setup of blood pressure stations across all sites to raise chronic disease prevention awareness.For employee care and diversity, GMTC partnered with local health centers to offer smoking and betel nut cessation courses, achieving nearly 30% success. A mother- and baby-friendly environment was created with priority parking, nursing rooms, stable post-maternity return rates, and tripled childbirth subsidies to support women’s careers.In sports promotion, GMTC runs eight sports clubs with 334 members, engaging over 1,200 participants annually, and subsidizes their activities. The company also sponsors the TSG Hawks baseball and TSG Falcons basketball teams, inviting students and local communities to attend games. The chairman has twice served as lead runner in the Kaohsiung Shun-Fa Charity Road Run, further demonstrating support for sports.On social contribution, GMTC organized four blood drives, donated medical equipment to rural institutions through the National Health Insurance Administration’s program, and provided thermal imaging devices and ambulances to the Tainan Fire Department.
