  • Overtime pay is based on the Labor Standards Act
  • Annual leave, maternity leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, bereavement leave...etc are provided based on the Labor Standards Act
  • According to the Labor Standards Act, the employee’s leaves can be adjusted based on the national holidays.

Appropriate 2.93% of the employee’s monthly salary as employee’s pension every month to the dedicated account of Bank of Taiwan on behalf of the Supervisory Committee of Business Entities' Labor Retirement Reserve

Appropriate 6% of the employee’s monthly salary every month to the dedicated pension account of the Bureau of Labor Insurance
